Return and Refund Policy

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Once the product is picked up and inspected, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or original payment method.
• Products not eligible for return/refund:
• Used or damaged items
• Products not in original condition
• Manufacturing defects are covered; misuse or wear & tear is not.
